Campaign Overview
When we open doors for Gen Z, we open doors for the future of our communities, our workforce, and our world.
Isolation and uncertainty are taking a toll on Gen Z; only 4 out of 10 young people say they feel hopeful about their future2. Together, let’s expand mentorship so more young people can build meaningful connections and a deeper sense of belonging to pursue their highest aspirations from college to career and beyond.
Impact of Mentorship
Mentorship is a cost-effective model that moves young people from limited access to expanded opportunity. These relationships expand their social networks and provide guidance through life’s most pressing challenges.

He’s shown me that life isn’t just about academics – that [was] all I wanted to talk about. Brandon was able to show me the importance of a community. I initially didn’t care about what my campus looks like or how the people there would be, but he tried to explain the importance of those things. We’ve built a very strong relationship. I can only express my gratitude.
[Leury] said to me pretty early on, ‘I haven’t had somebody there to help me before, to support me. It’s really cool, thank you.' That was a very nice moment. It doesn’t take so much for me to have such a meaningful impact for him.
